The Gal Behind the Art

I started out studying English at Chico State then became a writer for local businesses. But as many people do, I changed my mind. I found stained glass and knew I had to make this my thing. Cheesy as it sounds, I LOVE what I do. Creating stained glass artwork is challenging, joyful, and meditative, and I love the way a finished piece looks when the California sun shines through it.

I'm a life-long lover of the outdoors and preserving flowers is one way that I honor the beauty and power of nature. Getting it right requires delicacy and patience--qualities that don't come easily to me, but that I eagerly work to cultivate. I find great joy in preserving flowers for others so that they may capture the memories of important days and of people they love.

Luckily for me, stained glass and pressed flowers go together beautifully <3
